Ad-hoc Rate: £30 per hour. Perfect for occasional or one-off support! This is super flexible as you only pay for the support you need, with no regular commitment. Minimum 1-hour per month.

Retainer Rate: £30 per hour. Ideal for on-going, regular support! You will be guaranteed my time with a faster turnaround, as work is prioritised over ad-hoc bookings. Minimum 5-hours per month.

Book-keeping (up to 50 transactions)

£90 per month

Monthly reconciliation (matching bank statement to all open invoices/bills)

Payroll processing can be added for an additional cost.

Time is tracked Toggl time tracking software for all work completed using , and a summary will be provided each week (or as required). Time is rounded up/down to the nearest 15 minutes. A contract and Terms of Business (also available here) will be issued prior to any work commencing.

Work required urgently or outside of normal working hours will be charged at £40ph (subject to prior agreement).
