Pricing

Ad-hoc Rate: £35 per hour. Perfect for occasional or one-off support! This is super flexible as you only pay for the support you need, with no regular commitment. Minimum 1-hour per month.

Retainer Rate: £35 per hour. Ideal for on-going, regular support! You will be guaranteed my time with a faster turnaround, as work is prioritised over ad-hoc bookings. Minimum 5-hours per month.

Inbox Management

From £125 per month

  • Option to check emails twice per day (AM & PM), or once per week (on day/time of your choice)

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Categorise emails for easy management

  • File emails according to subject

  • Flag emails requiring an urgent response

  • Unsubscribe from junk 

  • Diary management & travel planning can be added for an additional cost.

Inbox Detox

£150 one-off fee

Say goodbye to 100's of unread emails that cause you stress and overwhelm!

  • Declutter your overflowing inbox

  • Unsubscribe from unwanted newsletters

  • Flag important or urgent emails

  • One off service with no commitment, but this is perfect combined with the Inbox Management package for ongoing inbox bliss

  • This package may need to be increased for larger inboxes, additional time is charged at £30p/h and agreed upon before commencing.

Newsletters
£120 per campaign

  • Design of newsletter

  • Selection of images

  • Proofreading of copy text

  • 2 rounds of amends

  • Reporting to be pulled after sending

  • Below set-up services can be added at an additional cost:

    • Set-up of new email marketing account

    • Set-up of design templates

    • Import of branding guidelines and logos

    • Import of subscriber list

    • Set-up of automations (if needed)

Time is tracked for all work completed using Toggl time tracking software, and a summary will be provided each week (or as required). Time is rounded up/down to the nearest 15 minutes. A contract and Terms of Business (also available here) will be issued prior to any work commencing.

Work required urgently or outside of normal working hours will be charged at £40p/h (subject to prior agreement).
