Why should I choose a Virtual Assistant?

Which package should I choose?
I advise booking a discovery call to discuss your needs, but a good starting point is to think about your usual working pattern and how many hours during each of your working days you could do with an extra pair of hands.
Any extra time used outside of your package is charged at the Standard Rate of £30 per hour, and subject to availability. Any urgent or out of hours time used is charged at a rate of £40 per hour, and subject to prior arrangement.
What if I require a visit in person?
Site visits can be arranged within reason, but I charge my Standard Rate for the travel time, plus £0.45p per mile (as per HMRC guidelines).
Do I need to book a discovery call?
I do recommend a discovery call, so we can have a conversation about what it is that you want to achieve by hiring a VA. I want to help ease the burden of day-to-day work or life, today and for many years to come. This is a no obligation call, it’s just a chat to find out more about you, your business, and to set expectations for working with me.
How do you track your time?
I use Toggle time tracking software, and a summary will be provided each week (or as required). Time is rounded up/down to the nearest 15 minutes.
How do I cancel my contract with you?
If you have made an ad-hoc booking then there is no commitment, it is 100% flexible.
If you have booked a retainer, I require 1-months’ notice before your next billing due date, should you wish to change your retainer package amount or no longer require my services. The notice period is also the same if I am no longer able to work with you.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I have professional indemnity insurance with PolicyBee. I am also registered with the ICO, ensuring that protection of your data is always taken seriously.
